Click & Slide - the lock for the Hettich bed fittings of the lower bed in the Mercedes-Benz Marco Polo W447 and Viano Marco Polo W639
No more having to push the headboard of the bed all the way up to be able to fold it down again! Click & Slide is simply clicked onto the respective bed fitting to remain there independently and permanently in the vehicle. The headboard of the bed does not need to be removed. The Hettich bed fittings do not need to be unscrewed.

Every Marco Polo driver knows the situation. You want to get something out of the storage compartment under the bed, for example. To do this, you fold the headboard of the bed up a little. To be able to fold the headboard down again, the headboard must first be folded all the way up again. This is not a problem if the vehicle is empty and there is nothing on the bed. As soon as a sleeping pad or transport boxes are placed on the bed, the bed has to be cleared, which is super annoying and not exactly comfortable. That's why we developed Click & Slide. No more having to push the headboard of the bed all the way up to be able to fold it down again! Saves nerves and eliminates the need for strength training on the bed.
Click & Slide prevents the bed fittings from locking into different positions. This makes it possible, for example, for the headboard to engage in the first position and then be folded down. It is no longer necessary to set up the bed completely.
Click & Slide in version 1 for Marco Polo's version 2, now in black with beige lettering. Version 2 is more stable, making it even easier to attach.

Use & handling
Click & Slide is carefully clicked onto the respective bed fitting to remain there independently and permanently in the vehicle. The headboard of the bed does not need to be removed. The Hettich bed fittings do not need to be unscrewed. Simply Click & Slide!
At temperatures below 15 degrees, please place Click & Slide on the heater first. Only click carefully onto the Hettich bed fittings when the plastic parts have reached a certain temperature!
The fittings are fitted on both sides. Always carefully push on Click & Slide from the sides of the teeth , as shown in the photos.
BEFORE clicking in, you should consider which position of the headboard is to be locked. Click & Slide is designed to be clicked into place once, and we recommend locking it from the second tooth onwards.
