The estimated delivery date is displayed on the item and in the shopping basket for the respective delivery country. Please note that we have no influence on the delivery times of the carriers. Product availability
The net stock level is displayed for each product or its variant. The dispatch takes place on working days at 3:45 pm, via DHL. Please note the dispatch countdown on the item.
Any items with a stated availability of 'Not in stock, we will be happy to inform you as soon as the item is back in stock' are backordered. Should you enter your e-mail address in the 'E-Mail:' field, you will receive an e-mail containing a confirmation link. Once you have clicked on the link, the automatic availability notification will be active and you will be notified as soon as the desired item is back in stock and can therefore be ordered.
We pride ourselves on our ability to deliver goods in a timely manner
Your parcel will be dispatched immediately upon receipt of payment. You will receive a dispatch confirmation from us by email as soon as your parcel is packed.
Your parcels are collected by DHL lorry from Monday to Friday, daily from 3 pm. To ensure the fastest possible delivery, our shipments do not make any detours via post offices, etc. Instead, they are transported directly to a DHL distribution centre in Eichenzell (in the middle of Germany).
