Mobil Safe for the front passenger seat console of the Mercedes-Benz Marco Polo, Horizon, Activity, optional incl. installation

Store your valuables safely in the Marco Polo safe with the Mobil Safe. This was customised for the Mercedes-Benz Marco Polo and is located under the seat console of the front passenger seat.

As the door can be removed after unlocking, you do not need any swivelling range. It only takes 2-3 cm to remove the door.

The mobile safe is made of 3 mm SM steel and has an impact- and scratch-resistant powder coating.
The door is made of 6 mm SM steel and fitted with a double-bit security lock. The lock is a German brand product with 7 tumblers. A manganese-hardened lock plate prevents drilling. Thanks to the 3cm internal door, the mobile safe is optimally secured against being prised open. In addition, the door is secured with a 15 mm rear handle angle across the entire width.

Positioning and fastening

The safe is accessible from the rear of the passenger seat console and is located behind the plastic cover of the seat console.

It is secured in the partition wall of the seat console, between the space in the seat console that is accessible from the living area and the space that is accessible from the front passenger door behind the starter battery.

The starter battery must be removed to attach the safe.

The safe has no influence on the seat position or swivelling console.

On Marco Polo`s with the special equipment E66 "Jehnert Sound-System" before facelift, where the Jehnert amplifier is placed under the passenger seat, the installation under the passenger seat is not possible!
