The Starline CAN bus alarm system with immobiliser monitors your Mercedes-Benz Marco Polo through its door contacts and additional sensors. The integrated immobiliser requires smartphone authorisation, so the vehicle key alone is not enough to start the vehicle.
Your smartphone provides authorisation, without additional tags
In this version, your smartphone authorises both the alarm system and the immobiliser. No additional tags are used. If starting is attempted without the required authorisation, the immobiliser remains active and the alarm is triggered.
Monitor movement, tilt and shocks as well as door contacts
- CAN bus monitoring covers door contacts and battery voltage.
- Motion and tilt sensors detect movement and changes in the vehicle's angle.
- The two-zone shock sensor distinguishes between pre-alarm and alarm.
