AMPIRE OBD-Verlängerungskabel, 1m - OBD-V100

The AMPIRE OBD-V100 is a 1 m, 16-pin OBD extension cable made of copper and supplied with a protective cover for loose installation. It lets you position the OBD socket elsewhere in the vehicle, for example in the glove compartment, under a seat or in the centre console.

Specifications: length 1 m, black, copper, 16-pin.

Scope of delivery: one OBD extension cable and one protective cover for the OBD socket.

Legal notice: The OBD connector should be within one metre of the driver, usually under the dashboard or below the ashtray. Under OBD standards, the vehicle manufacturer is required to install the connector there. Observe this requirement when installing the cable.

Installation note: Do not wind excess cable into a coil. If possible, use a shorter extension cable instead. Also avoid routing the cable alongside other wiring harnesses or control units where possible. These precautions are intended to help prevent interference with communication between the vehicle and the diagnostic system.
