The two compact stereo surface-mount speakers in plastic enclosures are designed as universal mid/high-range speakers for installation in classic cars. Many classic cars have no provision for speaker installation or only allow a mono speaker installation.
The newly developed 70 mm full-range speaker can be driven directly by a car radio. The system can be expanded with an optional subwoofer, such as the ACTIVE8.
