- Oil before first use, we recommend linseed oil, and repeat this at regular intervals (please oil front and back and allow to dry completely).
- After use, wipe with a damp cloth and thoroughly remove all food residues.
- When cleaning, make sure that both sides are treated with the same amount of moisture so that the board retains its shape.
- After cleaning, rub dry well and leave to air dry upright.
