The Directed Merlin Model 3000 is an alarm system developed for various vehicle types, including motorcycles, jet skis, snowmobiles and quad bikes. It comes with a splash-resistant three-button radio remote and a splash-resistant two-button remote with a key-head design.
- Three receiver channels and an electronic tilt sensor
- Multiplex alarm input for optional sensors, plus an alarm loop input for securing a helmet or luggage
- Onboard turn-signal relay and immobilizer
- Remote-controlled AUX channels as an accessory output, rated for 200 mA, to switch electrical functions such as the low beam or turn signals
- Onboard six-tone siren with backup power; the vehicle horn can also be triggered
- Blue status LED, highly water- and impact-resistant alarm control unit, and sealed semiconductor circuit board
- Quiescent current: 0.0045 A
The alarm control unit measures 102 x 64 x 38 mm (L x W x H). Operating and installation instructions are supplied in English only.
