Rear window insulation - thermal mat for Mercedes-Benz Vito / Marco Polo Activity (W447) with fixed rear window

When you use the lower bed in your Mercedes-Benz Vito or Marco Polo Activity, the Project Camper rear window thermal mat blocks light and views through the rear glass. It is designed for the fixed rear window of the W447 from 2014 onwards.

Reduce summer heat gain and winter heat loss

The mat provides thermal and acoustic insulation. Its multilayer construction helps reduce heat entering through the rear window in summer and heat escaping through it in winter. This adds an insulating layer as well as blackout cover behind the lower sleeping area.

Magnetic fitting without drilling

Sewn-in magnets hold the mat against the supplied black metal pads. These pads must be glued to the edge of the rear window; no drilling is required. The mat itself is held magnetically rather than glued to the glass.

Three interior colours with the same insulation

Choose the interior colour to suit your vehicle. The combinations below show the inside colour followed by the outside colour:

Sand (beige)/black
Black (black)/black

All colour variants are opaque and have the same insulation value. The outside is black on every version.

Choose the version that matches your rear window
