This concealed inverter lets you use your Mercedes-Benz Marco Polo's existing 230 V socket without a shore power connection. It provides 600 W continuous output and 1,200 W peak output with a pure sine wave.
The installation is designed for the Mercedes-Benz Marco Polo Horizon and Activity (W447) with the original shore power connection. It can only be fitted to vehicles without a Jehnert sound system or subwoofer, as the inverter occupies the space used by the subwoofer.
Use the existing socket, with or without shore power
The integrated mains priority circuit automatically connects the existing socket to the appropriate power source. No additional socket is required. When shore power is connected, it is passed through to the socket. The inverter switches off completely and stops drawing power from the leisure battery. Once shore power is disconnected, the inverter automatically resumes the 230 V supply from the leisure battery.
Hidden installation with controls beside the socket
The inverter and its wiring are installed behind the side trim, keeping the equipment out of sight inside the vehicle. Only the external control panel remains visible. It is fitted above the original 230 V socket in the side trim.
The remote control lets you switch the inverter fully on and off. Six LEDs indicate its operating status and the current output range.
Match power consumption to the way you travel
You can select continuous operation or automatic standby with automatic detection of switched-on loads. The energy-saving control with automatic shutdown helps adapt battery consumption to actual demand. Fan speed is continuously adjusted according to load and temperature.
